5. Fees and Payment
- Fees, expenses and payment terms will be confirmed in writing
- Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice
- Late payment may result in suspension of work or delivery
- Statutory interest may be charged on overdue invoices in line with UK law
Expenses may be charged unless expressly included in the agreed fee.
6. Changes, Cancellations and Delays
- Any changes to scope must be agreed in writing and may affect fees or schedules
- Cancellations may incur charges for work completed or costs already committed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather, illness, technical failure, third-party availability or broadcaster changes
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and expect the same in return.
This does not apply to information that:
- Is already publicly available
- Must be disclosed by law
- Is approved for portfolio, showreel or promotional use

Personal data collected through this website or during professional engagement is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy & Cookie Notice.
