Debbie has been a driving force in the success of many large-scale internationally successful entertainment and reality TV formats. She is the executive producer of ITVBe's long-running cooking and dating formats Dinner Date and Celebrity Dinner Date, for which she received a National Reality Television Award in 2023. Dinner Date and Celebrity Dinner Date are broadcast in over twenty different countries around the world. 

 

In addition, Debbie has produced several globally successful entertainment formats including Strictly Come Dancing, The Voice and So You Think You Can Dance for the BBC, and I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here for ITV1. She produced multiple series of ITV’s BAFTA award-winning gameshowThe Cube, and she was behind one of the BBC’s most successful game shows,The Weakest Link.
